She doesn’t just lead you through the movements; she ensures you understand the right way to practice each posture, especially when it comes to the essential techniques like prāṇāyāma. If you're not doing something correctly, she gently corrects you in the moment. Her teaching isn't just about getting the postures right—it's about understanding why they're important for your body and mind.

During my sessions with Kanika Mam , I always felt seen and heard. If something didn't feel right, she immediately suggested modifications or other techniques to help me improve. It wasn’t just a physical practice for me; it was a complete mental shift. Through her care and expertise, I began to experience yoga as a holistic healing process.

Overcoming Anxiety Through Yoga:-
One of the most significant transformations I’ve experienced thanks to yoga with Kanika Gupta is overcoming anxiety. Before starting yoga, anxiety was something that held me back in many areas of life. I was constantly on edge, and it affected my relationships, work, and general well-being. But after a few sessions with Kanika, I started noticing a shift. The anxiety that once felt so overpowering began to ease. The mindful breathing, the focus on the present moment, and the calming energy of yoga sessions made a huge difference.

Now, I feel a sense of calm that I haven’t felt in years. Yoga has given me tools to manage my emotions, center myself, and find peace even during stressful moments. I can honestly say that Kanika’s guidance has allowed me to experience freedom from anxiety. Recently I suggest to my mother to join yoga classes so she has join in my batch hopefully my mother also feel the same feeling.

Kanika is a instructor who’s clear and supportive guidance makes it easy to follow, I have been practicing yoga with her for more than a year. It has been a wonderful yoga journey with Swayamsiddha classes. Consistent yoga practice has refined my posture and boosted my stamina level.

I have been following Kanika's yoga classes for about 2 months and I am benefiting a lot.
A year ago I suffered a back injury due to which there was a gap in the bones.
I consulted a doctor and got treatment, but I felt unbearable pain when I worked or stood for a long time.
This yoga class has given me great relief from pain and now I am able to work for longer hours.
