Our Guidelines and Policies

1. Studio Policies

  • Class Enrollment: Pre-registration is required for all classes. Walk-ins are only accepted if space allows.
  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, you may not be allowed to join the class to avoid disrupting the flow. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class begins.

2. Membership and Payment

  • Membership: Membership packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared. Packages may include options such as single class, class packs, and monthly subscriptions.
  • Payment: Payment for classes and memberships is due in advance. We accept payments UPI and Cash only.
  • Refund Policy: No refunds are issued for classes or memberships once purchased, unless due to exceptional circumstances as determined by management (e.g., medical emergency with proof).
  • Expiration: Class packages and memberships have an expiration date, and unused classes will not be refunded or extended beyond the expiration period.

3. Health and Safety

  • Health Disclaimer: By attending classes, clients confirm that they are physically capable of participating in yoga and dance activities. It is recommended that clients consult with a physician before beginning any new physical activity.
  • Injuries: The studio is not liable for any injuries sustained during class. Clients should inform the instructor of any injuries or conditions prior to participating.
  • Pregnancy: If you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, please inform the instructor before class. Certain postures may need to be modified.
  • Cleanliness: Clients are encouraged to bring their own mats and props, although the studio will provide some for use. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all equipment is cleaned after use.

4. Behavior and Etiquette

  • Respectful Behavior: Clients are expected to behave in a respectful manner toward instructors and fellow students. Disruptive behavior may result in expulsion from class or termination of membership.
  • Quiet Zone: Please refrain from talking during class to maintain the focused, calm environment of the studio.
  • Footwear: Shoes should be left outside the studio or in designated areas. Yoga and dance classes are performed barefoot for safety and proper movement.

5. Liability Waiver

  • Waiver of Liability: By participating in any class or activity at the SwyamSiddha Yoga Studio, clients agree to hold the studio and its instructors harmless from any and all claims for injury, loss, or damage to property. This includes any claims arising out of participation in yoga, dance, or any other activities offered at the studio.
  • Medical Conditions: Clients with medical conditions must consult with their healthcare provider before beginning any class or program.

6. Photography and Media

  • Consent for Use of Images and videos: The studio may take photos or videos during classes for promotional purposes. By attending, clients consent to the use of their likeness in studio media, including but not limited to marketing materials, website, and social media.
  • Video Recording: To maintain the integrity of our classes and respect the privacy of both our instructors and fellow students, we kindly ask that students refrain from taking any videos during class for instructional purposes or personal guidelines. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a focused and respectful learning environment.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • The SwyamSiddha Yoga Studio reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued attendance at the studio will be considered as acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Confidentiality

  • Privacy: The studio respects the privacy of its clients. Personal information provided during registration is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
